- Click the Training and Support link that appears at the top of any CRM On Demand page.
- Click Search Knowledge.
- Sign in to MetaLink. If you have not yet registered, click Register Now and follow the instructions.
- Click the Knowledge tab.
- Next to Search By, select either Keyword or ID.
- Enter the keyword or ID in the empty text box, and click Go.
