open Command Window COPY lines below sqlplus / as sysdba alter user apex_admin identified by new_password; PASTE lines above into Command Window

Somehow I have managed to lock myself out of the apex_admin internal service settings. I can still log on as user and using sqlplus I can logon as sysdba. And when I do and I try to run @apxxepwd.sql as has been suggested in various blogs it says…
